Privacy policy

This policy covers www.exclusivehomegta.com, operated by Svetlana Osman, Broker with Right At Home Realty, Brokerage. It explains what the site collects, why, where it goes and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What gets collected

When you submit the contact form or the home evaluation form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, what you are enquiring about, whatever you type into the message box including a property address if you are asking for a valuation, your preferred language if you select one, and the page you submitted the form from.

When you tap a phone number on this site: the page you were on, the label of the button, the page that referred you and your browser's user agent string. This is counted so we know which pages produce calls. It is not tied to your name and it does not record the call itself or your phone number.

Nothing else. This site runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no Meta or LinkedIn tags and no cross-site tracking cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only browser storage used is a login session for the private admin area, which is for Svetlana Osman only.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, the information you entered is:

• stored in a Supabase database used to run this site,
• emailed into the CINC customer relationship management system behind Right At Home Realty's search platform, where it becomes a contact record assigned to Svetlana Osman,
• emailed to Svetlana Osman as a notification, and
• emailed back to you as a confirmation that it arrived.

Outbound email is delivered through a managed sending service. That means your enquiry passes through Supabase, the email provider and CINC. Those providers store data on servers that may be located outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country.

What it is used for

To answer you, and to follow up about the property or the service you asked about. That is the whole purpose. Your information is not sold, rented, traded or shared with anyone beyond the providers listed above and the brokerage Svetlana Osman works under.

If you asked a question and then went quiet, expect a follow-up. If you tell us to stop, we stop, and you can say so by replying to any message or by phoning the number below.

Links to other sites

Property search, saved listings and the instant home value tool run on Right At Home Realty's platform at rahhomesforsale.com, which is a separate site with its own privacy policy and its own registration. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies. The same goes for LinkedIn, realtor.ca, Google and any other site linked from here.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active or reasonably foreseeable working relationship, and afterwards for the period Ontario real estate record-keeping rules require. Call tap counts are aggregate site statistics and are kept indefinitely. Ask to have your enquiry deleted at any time and it will be deleted from the database and the CRM.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act you can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, withdraw your consent to be contacted, and ask for it to be deleted. Email or phone using the details below and it will be handled. There is no fee and no form.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. The database and the CRM are access-controlled. No system is perfect, so please do not send a social insurance number, a banking detail or a mortgage document through the contact form. If a document needs to move, it goes by a secure route your lawyer or lender sets up.

Children

This site is aimed at adults buying, selling or investing in property. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it.
